Samsung Returns Policy

Hi OzBargainers!

I'm not sure if this is in the correct category so apologies if it isn't.

I have purchased the Samsung Gear S2 sport from the Samsung experience store in Melbourne just over a week ago and I would like to return it because it's just not for me and doesn't do what I expected, I should have researched further into it but it was quite an impulse buy, terrible I know! and now some things have come up and I could do with the extra cash.

Samsung have a 14 day change of mind policy only if the box has not been opened which it has.
I have tried it on, had a play with it but not much else so it is in perfect condition.

I was wondering if I have any other options for a return?

      Thanks for the clarification, I thought that was the case but thought I would ask just in case, I'd rather ask and have it confirmed than keep wondering if I hadn't asked.

      I guess its unfortunately (or fortunately) there are no defects.
      I guess I'll look into selling it second hand and just accept the difference.

    Give the store a call, or their hotline.

    I used my apple watch for 3 months and apple was fine with accepting it as a return, even though it was out of the 2 week period.

    Samsung may be open for it, as they're a huge company aswell

      Hi, I have spoken to them and unfortunately they will not accept the return if the box has been opened.
