    Hi rep, while you're here - we bought one in the last 50% off sale and one side of the metal ends of the handlebars is starting to push through the rubber grips, making it quite sharp for little ones. Would this be covered by a warranty? Thanks

    What are the wheels like on this bike?

    I was expecting traditional tyre / tube wheels (give there is even a valve (faux) in the picture), but its moulded plastic.

    How are the tyres for noise and grip? I am thinking hard plastic will be noisy and not much grip on a turn.

      Tyres are PVA foam which are lightweight, maintenance free and never need pumping up, they are noise free and ride smooth.

      Minimal assembly is required. Basically place front wheel, handlebars and seat into position.

    No Brakes, that's a problem for little ones, especially if there is a bit of a slope.

      We have found young kids still use their feet to stop on balance bikes even when a brake is present.

    Thanks just ordered one, the low seat height is why a purchased, compared to some other models this model seems to have one of the lowest.
