  • Hi OP. How do you think these would go with my new brewover? Any recommendations about which of your beans go best? I tend to do a mixture of pourover and cold drip, but also use the beans in my coffee machine. Cheers

These will be a pretty good option for you, You really need a nice light roasted single origin for filter(these coffees are specialty and suitable) but if using the same profile for your coffee machine then you may find them more acidic.

I personally like my espresso with this profile but others may prefer a slightly darker roast.

This Indo will be a light medium roast and the Cedro light medium - medium.

If you want some personal recommendations for pour over cold drip then maybe Ethiopia Momora, Kenya Wamuguma, Ethiopia Guji Sidamo. When ordering through standard website listing I can individually roast specific profiles for you to bring out the best of each coffee to suit the brewing method you prefer :-)

Thanks, that's really helpful advice. Will take a note of those beans you recommend.

Dude do you have a microphone in my house?

I swear as I was leaving this morning I said to my girlfriend "We need more coffee beans, let's hope Manna has a deal soon".

    I'm suss on you.
But I will take you up on this bargain nonetheless :)

Haha, Coffee listening devices and Coffee drone technology has come a long way recently :-) Here's a picture of the new secret Manna Drone prototype poised to deliver specialty coffee and armed with milk frother cannons. Listening to our customers needs and delivering caffeinated drinks

      • Haha!

        It all makes sense now!

      • Did you really upload that image 2 years ago (2013/11) for another reason, yet it somehow perfectly relevant again?

        • It took a long time to test the milk frother cannons! Na, just put it togethor now, url is probably sitting off an old link ;-)

Hi there, picked up a 500g Jamocha last time you guys had a deal on. These beans are making some of the best tasting coffee I have had (not just with milk but as a shot by itself or with a dash of water), friends who have stopped in for a coffee have also commented on how great they are. Cheers!

    • Thanks very much, appreciate the feedback and it's great to hear you're enjoying the coffee :-)

  • Really enjoying these coffee deals. Any chance of another 4x480g deal coming up soon?

    • Maybe in a week or 2 as this ones just listed but we do sell additional valved bags for $1 each if you want to break down the coffee in to 4 x 500g :-)

  • Any chance of some fair trade/rainforest alliance deals in the future?

  • Anyone Sydney-siders want to split this with me? $31 each for the deal + 2 500gram bags?

    I'm based in Chippendale.
