Hi there,
I am wondering if anyone knows any coffee shop with a good environment and a strong wifi connection for working/ studying in sydney?
I have been to places such as Starbucks, gloria jeans but the wifi there isnt strong and sometimes you cant even do anythings.
I once have been to a coffee place at the Liverpool and connection down like 1mb/s but unfortunately, they has changed owner and disconnect using the internet.
Please let me know if you know any places in sydney.

+1 for local libraries for wifi, power point & aircond. Good if you need a temporary place to work. However no food & drink allowed & probably not a good place to meet clients/prospects. They also close early on weekends.
Spoken like a true ozbargainer. I forgot about the aircon bit. Lol. I might start working at my local library, getting pretty warm in Brisbane nowadays. Although, having conversation on Skype/Hangouts/teleconference might be a bit hard too.
state library in the sydney CBD… here right now, air con, power, wifi, and its all free and easy to use…..
highly recommend. (but dont tell everyone cause then they'll ruin it for me) :-) enjoy dude!!
Central Station or Circular Quay Station
I don't know about Sydney, but I find McDonalds' in Brisbane has pretty good wifi. The only downside is that McDonalds' don't have power points, so you will need to leave when your battery goes flat. Some council libraries has pretty good wifi and power points as well, but it really depends on how many people are in the library.
