You will get the original Doom 3. There are differences to the BFG version - apparently the original version is harder as for example you can only hold either flashlight or a weapon, not both at the same time (unless it only requires one hand I believe, so rifles, shotguns etc. are out - see reviews on Steam which mention this)

    BFG Edition also doesn't support mods so if you wanted to play the game co-op you have to get this version of it.
