I managed to get an order through but it resulted in a Square Enix DRM download, no Steam key.
I can add it to cart but it doesn't seem to register when I try to proceed to checkout. Just keeps saying that my cart is empty. I'm crushed. :(
I finalised a direct download purchase at the European Store. North American Store seems to have removed it as mentioned above. No Steam key it seems so far.
I also completed the purchase at the EU store (redirected there from AU/NZ store). It's still free, but there doesn't seem to be any Steam keys so far for me either.
I also completed checkout through the EU store. Comes as a downloader file, about 460meg. Cheers OP!

I could get the Steam key but cannot get the download, even if registering another account with European address and going on European store page.
Not sure what to do. I would really prefer the DRM free download version.

I was able to submit an order and download the game via the EU site, I also submitted an order on the US site but no steam activation key was offered.
No stock.
Ordered via the Australia store instead, key worked.

I was going to post this a bit over an hour ago but I could never finalise the checkout process, would only get as far as writing in an address and then a forever loading symbol. Dunno if it's fixed yet.
