    Yeah, Milo give themselves all kinds of ratings based on putting their recommended small serving into a small glass of low-fat milk and declaring that their product's health star includes the milk's nutrients. Thus it gets an amazing calcium rating and a low sugar rating.

    As you say, the system is screwed.
