Looking for a good 144Hz monitor from well known brands (like AOC, BenQ etc.) that are under 300aud. Am I able to dual setup a 60Hz monitor and a 144Hz monitor? Mainly play CSGO so the 144Hz would be nice but I'm worried about any interferences.

You can play CS:GO on the 144 Hz monitor whilst having the 60 Hz monitor plugged in. Your game won't be affected.
ASUS and BenQ are the two big names in the 144 Hz market. I suppose you can get the cheapest one out there.
Try PCCASEGEAR, mwave, CPL or staticice to see what 144 Hz monitors are out there and buy it from a store that sells it cheaper like MSY.
