  • Not me. As long as the email is not asking you to click on something to enter your details, it's worth a try in store.

That sounds like a great voucher. I've spent something with them in the last few months so it looks like they don't miss me enough. I've used a couple of vouchers at Priceline but haven't figured out any good ways of getting more. I must remember to go in next week and get the calendar with next years coupons.

  • I previously have received "We Miss You" $5 vouchers and I noticed I received it about a year after I had last shopped at Priceline.

  • Hello,

    Um.

How could you start a new thread of any description, Wiki? Was it not evident in that unnecessarily long message thread, that I am still reeling from the unconscionable closing of my porcupine thread? You may not have mentioned it, but you can just forget any of your 'stages of grief' psychology bullshit. I know that the next 'stage' for me is just going to be 'limbo'. A wretched, porcupine-free, ennui. Bargains won't even seem 'bargainy' any more. I just know it. Possibly generic Priceline vouchers notwithstanding.

    These are dark days.

Do you ever wonder that perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where unjustly closed threads shine down to let us know that they are happy?

I do. All the time ;)

      • Given nature of the conclusion, I doubt that my Poopy-pine thread is very happy. :(

That's a lovely Eskimo saying, that one, and I do appreciate the consoling words, but given your own recent loss of a thread, I do wonder if that may have been your neopolitan friend talking! ;)

        • The less said about my Neapolitan friend, the better. It's one of those triggers words that mods don't like. Maybe they are worried that I might post a pic? I wouldn't.

        • @Jar Jar Binks: *yes, but in an anime way, distracting mods, averting the raising of any further, dire, ire..

          Too late now, though, Mr.Banks…

Reminded that you did once post a link to an actual (not yours) dp, in one or other forum thread. I think you may have edited-in an 'NSFW' warning, belatedly. Mods removed as inappropriate, anyway.

So… Probably justified concern at likelihood, by others, of some graphic links being posted in your thread at some point.

From a humble bargain blog, Scotty must sometimes feel a bit like Dr. Frankenstein when he observes his creation in its current form.

Especially given certain bickering on OzB, I do wonder about that, sometimes.
          :(

(Not too late, btw. Edited pdf to maybe send, with a couple of unexpanded/blurred-first-line messages, but with a couple of brief, one-line messages, added. Up to you and Wiki: If things don't improve, or if things further deteriorate.)

        • @Tas: was it a jacob's ladder kind of dp? o.O

        • @wicket1120: Thankyou so much for reminding me further, Priceline Princess. It was indeed a piercing of some description.

        • @Tas: But it's so purty!

        • +1

@wicket1120: We have very, very, different ideas of what 'purty' is, PP/wicket1120…

… and if you are looking at the same page I saw, then the gaping hole from the p.albert is certainly my idea of hell.

Survived another terrible line of storms, just past = current idea of heaven.

          Have a good night.

Regardless if its unique or not, please don't post. It will be abused to oblivion and priceline won't send any of these anymore, it would be a loss to everyone in the long term. Long term goodness better than a one off goodness.

  • Normally Priceline vouchers have a barcode on them, so that they can only be used once. Does yours?

    • Yes, it has a barcode.

      • +2

Yep! That voucher is just for you then :)

      • What will you spend it on?

PS - you changed your picture. It's cute.

        • I've been waiting for someone to comment on this. I liked the other one.

        • @pointscrazy:

The other one was more colourful I agree with that.
If you actually click on this picture it is cute. But you need to click on it to see it.

@pointscrazy: This is his "I'm sulking" gravatar :P It's only temporary…at least, I hope that it is.

        • It was my voucher and I spent it on boring stuff, mostly toiletries.

        • @wicket1120:

          Specifics please.
          So I can steal recommendations.

PS - What fun stuff does Priceline sell though?
I usually buy vitamins, prescriptions and skincare.

          @Beethoven:

When I get vouchers from Priceline I spend them on QV Wash. Some of our family members are allergic to soap.

@wicket1120: Update from the actual 'past': A ragged experience. Our street only just dodged the proverbial bullet. Houses and trees in surrounding streets and suburbs, now well-past, neat.

Four people struck by lightning in and around Brisbane, yesterday.
          Fun times in QLD.

Especially if less humid, and even allowing for lesser excuse for JJB to eat / 'splode watermelon for cub'tainment, enjoy your Victorian weather!

This thread may have gone a touch off-topic. Sorry, OP…

(Also, don't make Jar Jar sulk.)

        • +1

          @Beethoven: Recommendations? Don't buy anything that's not on sale…even when you're using a gift voucher :)

@Tas: Glad you're ok. You're by far my favourite Brisbanite. Take care.

        • +1

@wicket1120: Add 'Mauritians' to Brisbanians - then I'll really be impressed!
I will cut you some slack as regards a handful of 'Melburnians'.
          I'm generous like that.

          Nonetheless, thanksians.
          Have a good week.
          :)
