AMD has released a hotfix on Monday that will fix a critical issue in the latest driver release. The bug causes some GPU's to have their fans locked to 20% RPM speeds, causing the GPU to overheat at high loads and damaging the hardware.
If you have MSI afterburner, you're probably safe as Afterburner overrides the AMD Overdrive fan settings, but in the mean time it's best to check for updates and download the new patch.
