With the $200 and $400 Canon cash back promotion I had been watching OzB for when the 6D would come back on sale.

It's back on sale but I haven't seen it mentioned.

If you bought this with an additional lens the effective price of the 6D will be $1299.15 which is about as good as it gets. Now the hardest part is deciding on a lens from the criminally small JB selection. Maybe you can get this price matched elsewhere. I'm going to ask Ted's.

    Note that for the cashback, it doesn't have to be a lens. Any Canon product will do (just not another camera)

    You could buy a printer and maybe an ink to top up the $200. Walk away with the printer and ink for free, or a small outlay :)

  The in-stock indicator indicates it's only on the east coast or online. Also I called a WA place and they laughed when I asked if they'd price match.

  I think Digidirect could be worth a shot if anyone is close to one. I'm not sure if they have a price match policy as such but they will negotiate on listed price. They certainly would have a large range of lenses.

  Scorptec also has it for $1719 and is Australian stock if anyone misses out on price-matching JB today. Harvey Norman should price match and have a decent lense range from memory.
