      yeah, seems expensive, but these games are really fun.

      I remembered getting RB and GH for Wii and PS3 - played non stop with my kids and also my brother and sister for nights on end….brought the entire family together!

        True, but with these consoles coming down in price as of late, I just can't bring myself to be paying the same price for a game and it's accessories that would otherwise cost me almost the same for another console. I picked up GH Live and it's guitar for $99 and even then I grumbled lol.

        I did also manage to pick up Rocksmith 2014, the adapater, guitar and an amp for just under $350 which I think is better value.

        I'll be keeping an eye out for a further price drop hopefully in the future.

    Not sure which previous DLC will and won't work at this stage but at least they're trying unlike with Guitar Hero.

      As long as you're in the same console family (upgraded from PS3 to PS4, Xbox 360 to Xbone) you will eventually be able to use all purchased DLC (a handful have issues that are being worked on). For example, I downloaded around 200 tracks that I'd bought on PS3 to my PS4. If you've gone from Xbox 360 to PS4 or PS3 to XBone then you're out of luck.

      They're being much more vague about disc export dates, although it was used as a selling point before launch. RB3 export is available this week, but of course you have to pay more to do that despite owning the disc - the US export price is $14.99.

      Also, if you're looking at RB4, be warned that the track listing is pretty cack. They saved most of the decent stuff to sell as DLC - very disappointing.

      All legacy DLC will be available for free download on RB4. So if you owned the content on the PS3, you'll get the PS4 version for free. If you owned the XBOX 360 content, you'll get it on the XBOX One for free.

      Most of the content is available now, they're still fixing some of the entitlements and de-listed content. The RB3 export will be out in a couple of days as well with the other disc exports due early 2016.

      The only DLC that you won't be able to have in Rock Band 4 are the Rock Band Network songs, but even that may be added in the future.

      The only downside with this kit is you'll have to spend another $50 US on the Cymbal Kit if you wanna play Pro Drums!

      As for Guitar Hero, with GH Live, I think it's a good thing they went with the 24/7 live channels of music. You get so much more content for free than the crappy, overpriced DLC they were offering with their previous games.

    Still overpriced, but I'll grab this. I was about to buy it from Amazon US tomorrow anyway. I'll have to get the adapter from Amazon still, though so we can still use our old stuff as well.

    So say i have guitars from xbox 360 with this i can use?but are the games playable with xbox one i got with these guitars for xbox 360 as they came im sure with games
