Arrhhh its so stressful, its telling me service unavailable. When I manage to get on it wont move from the homepage!!!
Try it from a different computer if you can. It is definitely still working fine for me. Or try the other sitess, www.ebay.co.uk, or .com
nope cant get past the home page :( the connection gets reset every time!!!!
can you get in to any other web sites ? (obviously you can your here, sorry) try clearing your cookies.
alternatively use a different browser firefox.
there is also a virus going round that will not allow internet access if you dont have decent anti virus download avast from download.com and enable boot scan it will fix the problem if it is that (general i know)
Im using firefox, and no dramas with anything else so far, im hopeless with these bloody computers, ill go looking for cookies lol wherever they are!

or possibly firewall , what version of windows are you using ? if you do have a virus and want to keep everything i suggest you download it (avast antivirus) on another pc then install it via usb key or dvd to the pc with problem
Alterntively if you have antivirus do a virus scan asap
Also what is the exact error it gives
I just ran avg it said no infections found, it just keeps saying connection reset. I have windows xp i only got the computer in june 09.
is it a wireless connection through a usb modem or something else
I can get in2 facebook but cant get in2 any of my games on there, seems like anything i need to load!
Its a wireless connection through a netgear modem.
i would say reboot the modem/router (pull power cable etc), and reboot the computer unless you have already tried :)
also try clearing the cookies in internet explorer , if you cant find where open internet explorer press f1 key it will open help menu type clear cookies or just cookies and search it will have instructions etc
um i cleared cookies in firefox thats all i use. i tried restarting the computer but not the modem, i will do that now. Thanks so much!!!! hopefully i'll be back :)

It's working for me. It seem like only people from Victoria are not affected.
my firefox was upgraded today……..perhaps has something to do with that?

did anyone figure out what caused this?
I don't know…..but I'm assuming a firefox update…..I had an automatic one on the same day. It knocked off a couple of sites I automatically log-in to.
It works for me.
