  • tested the code on some random products and didn't work

"The Promo Code you entered couldn't be applied. Please check the terms of use. Frequently used terms include: must be Signed-in, excludes items already on Sale, code may have Expired. "

    • Maybe you need an existing account first?

As mentioned in my post, you need to create a new account or log in to your account, add the item(s) you want to buy to your cart and then apply code at checkout.

My colleague and I ordered two different products this morning and got the extra 30% off on top of the sale pricing.

Update: checked again (after signing in) with some random products and the code works fine.

  • Dammit, I read that as 'Rockpool 30% off', Sydney's exxy bar and grill restaurant.

Thanks tathersd. I picked up some boots. Were $300, now ~$76 …

The registration process is particularly bad. It took me 10 minutes. If you're having trouble registering, I think there's a newsletter registration and an account registration. I'm assuming you don't have to do both, but it kept telling me it knew my address but it wouldn't send me the password because it didn't know my email address (ie. the one I couldn't re-register).

tks, just tried the same. did you get 15% as well for the first purchase?

      • Tried both codes, looks like you can only use one or the other.

        • was thinking the same, well it would be nice but

I've been wearing Rockport shoes with the Adiprene soles in for over 3 years and they are fantastic. Have been waiting for a good discount on the Australian site for a while so I grabbed myself 4 new pairs.

If anyone is wondering if they are worth the money I can tell you they are. My last two pair have seen me through the last 3 years so about 18 months each. I manage a retail store and 90% of my time is spent walking or standing on the sales floor and not once have they ever caused me any issue. I think that for those who wouldn't put so much wear and tear on shoes would get more longevity from them.

  • Rockport, so comfy. Shame their Australian arm is so limited in 2E+ widths.
