2010 Diaries

I've been looking everywhere for a discounted Collins diary (preferably Collins Debden). I know that places like Smiggle and Kikki K have their 2010 calendar year diaries at half price, but am after one for work (and no, they won't reimburse me, so I don't want to have to spend too much).

I've tried Nextra - they're still full price. I was told that Myer were selling their diaries for 40% off, but just checked two days ago and they're still full price. Kmart is also still full price (even though they were 30% off in December). Borders only had calendars left.

I'm in Brisbane and have been hunting throughout Chermside. I'm heading into the city this week if all else fails. Does anyone have any ideas where there would be discounted 2010 diaries?

    May be newsagents? Their prices are normally marked up though.

      The only ones near me are the Nextra or Newspower. Neither of which are marked down :(. When I worked at Newspower, I don't actually ever remember marking them down.

    i bought my collins diary @ QBD Bookstore. Dont know if you have them up north. were very reasonably priced

    EDIT: just looked at my diary, not collins. very similar though

    I bought one about 3 weeks ago from Lincraft (yes, Lincraft) they were marked down half price along with a heap of other stationary. I paid $4.99 for a Collins Debden, week to an opening, A4 size. There were plenty there at the time, none of the smaller A5 size though, also had plenty of the A4 day to a page size. This was at Loganholme and all in bright funky colours, no plain black ones.
