Decent price for a somewhat newly ported game to PS Vita. Note this game is AU stock not an import version - not that it really matters.

Good price if your after it. Bought it a while ago hoping it would be ok even with the bad reviews but just couldn't get into it. Was hoping the gameplay would feel similar to Valkryia chronicles (Also their making a new one of these!) but it wasn't the same and I thought it was quite boring and wished I had spent the same money on SAO instead. Anyway don't take my word for it check out reviews/videos first to see if you'll like it!

    • Sao isn't that much better tbh, the last two games were pretty slow paced and the fighting mechanics felt like everything was in slow mo. It misses that crisp fighting mechanics that you would expect from it.

      • I haven't played any of Sao or watched the series but the screen shots made it look amusing at the least. I still don't understand why this (LD) game has loading screens in between attacks.
From what I read the ps3 version didn't have them but it just makes it look like a bad port.

        • Yup I agree, I read up on that as well which was a bit weird. But ps vita ports seem to have issues with a lot of games which is quite disappointing. Recently I noticed that J-stars had command issues where the same sequence of buttons triggered inconsistent attacks.

        • Hi guys, sorry, what's SAO? Big JRPG fan myself.

        • @Innamura:
No worries. SAO is Sword Art Online.
They made two SAO games for vita. The first was Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment and they didn't make a physical English edition anywhere but china but the translation in it was allegedly awful.
The most recent one was Sword Art Online: Lost Song. Both of these have Ps4 versions as well.

@Scaregdearimasu: The first two games are combined on the psn store. I bought the 2nd game and the 1st game is like in one of the areas of the second game (essentially 2 in 1).

        • @Scaregdearimasu: Thanks guys, I didn't realise SAO was good, saw alot of bad reviews and stayed away from it. Might give it a go now. :)

      • Last two games were made by a different developer, and even then I clocked in 100+ hours without realizing it.

    • Any chance you might be interested in selling your copy? ^^

  • Damn!! I wanted this on ebay when they had it at this price about a week ago and I missed out by a day, now I miss out again when the website does the same. Not destined to own this game.

Oh well, I have a massive backlog in my 45-strong collection of physical Vita titles, so this is probably for the better :)

    • Don't know why it's $10 more expensive now.

      • Yeah not sure. I guess they realised i was about to buy, so they jacked the price back up >_<

Might look at cost to import from UK or something.
