Preworkout from eBay Unusable

Hey guys,

I got some preworkout off ebay in october. Anyway i used about 30% of it and the rest is rock hard. It's unusable. I can barely chip away at it with a metal spoon. Wondering what my options are? I told the buyer but they havn't really replied.
It's already been past 45 days so can't paypal dispute and i've already left feedback so can't change that. Is there anyway i can get dispute to get a partial refund or something because it was $70 so not cheap and the item i guess was faulty

      Yep, seems like you just didn't keep moisture out. Not the sellers fault

        I always have the lid on tightly and it's got the little drying bag inside sitting in my airconned office all day.

    Look at buying a moisture absorbent - "Thirsty Hippo" tub from woolworths.

    Pretty sure it your own fault but I also know PayPal will side with you. They always shaft the seller.

      Sadly yes I feel for the seller.
      Had this happen to me screw it on tighter or keep in a ziplock bag or keep in a fridge they are built these days to keep moisture out.

    Take it down to the shed, cut it up into portion size pieces with drop saw/grinder. collect the dust as an extra portion.

    put it inside your blender, it will go back to normal with a few short pulses.
