Just went to Rays Outdoors (Hoppers Crossing) to check out their 23.5% off storewide sale. Arrived there as the manager was announcing 50% off their huge clearance section. Had a lot of decent stuff in there. Happened to see the battery rack and purchased some 9V Energizer Batteries marked at $5ea to $2.50ea. I reckon it's a bargain as they go for ~$12 inc postage on ebay! They also have various AA/AAA lithium and rechargables.
The manager proceeded to scan the items at the counter but had to leave midway and was replaced with another person. She failed to mark the batteries down to 50% and instead gave me the 23.5%. I didn't realise this until receiving the receipt, so I proceeded for a refund and was granted one. Here's a snap of the receipt.
