Passport Application Tracking Show No Details

i've logged a passport application for my daughter two weeks ago. Last week when I checked application status on APO website, it shows 40% and asked me to create a PIN.

Today I check the status again and I got the message "Details of your application cannot be displayed at this time. If you require further information telephone 131 232 from anywhere in Australia"

When I call APO, the frontline staff can't see anything and they've put me in callback queue, which may take at least a week.

Anyone else got the same error message before and what was the issue?

  • They say it takes about 3 weeks (unless you pay more fees….pathetic)

    Either way they will send you an email when they have finished.
