Window cleaning deals for this company bought from LivingSocial not honoured. The company is not contactable and is a sham. All contact details given do not work.
They take appointments via txt but then do not attend.
Their FB page is full of disgruntled customers.
I should have checked there before buying.
LivingSocial did refund after repeated requests and only when I explained I would be hitting social media.
LivingSocial obviously did no due diligence to ensure the integrity of this "company" and they are not interested in taking the initiative to contact all who bought vouchers to refund them immediately.
I have reported Xpress Cleaning Professionals to the ACCC SCAMWATCH.

    The director/owner is Noor Ali. Facebook, Linkedin, phone number in case someone wants to contact him.

    Scam. I bought a voucher for window cleaning as a gift for my mum. What a total joke this company is. I have repeatedly been calling the number on the voucher which states their mailbox is full, please call again later. I have messaged their Facebook page, no response. I have called all the numbers on their webpage and finally received a text back from 1 of the numbers asking how I heard about them and did I have a voucher. I replied yes and he said he would book me in asap. I have since tried to contact him everyday and he won't answer. This company sucks. SCAM. I have reported to deals.com and they are refunding my money. I am posting as many reviews as I can and have shared on their Facebook page and shared to all my Facebook friends. Next step is to report them to Scamwatch.
