Sub $400 Phone with The Best Camera?

As the title suggests. Looking to pick up a mid-range phone on Boxing day tomorrow with a decent camera. Any one have suggestions? Really tempted by the Lumia 640, but the camera doesn't seem to hold up in low light.

    If you want good camera quality..don't buy a mid ranger, buy a high end one. Samsung S5? Lg Flex?

    Z1 is my current phone. Have owned it since it first released, but now has consistent battery issued and I think I have messed up its lens somehow because the photos I take are really noisy.

    Have been looking at Moto G3. Good phone?

      check the lens, any dust or marks?
      Mine had this issue after fonebiz touched it to fix a batt issue.

        There doesn't seem to be any dust. But yeah, can see some smudges that don't seem to go away.

      Sold out, but officeworks has also lowered their price to under 399. Check their site.
