issues with submitting deals

I have some issues with submitting deals. Every time there is an error saying something like this:

Edit: Remove error message.

    Sorry there was some code update last night at around 12:30am (when I am half asleep of course!) and did not check whether everything was okay before I headed down to the lah lah land!

    Every deal submitted after 12:30am last night is considered "lost" — please resubmit them again.

    Sorry about that.
