I have been on a shopping spree with the January sale and need suggestions for what games are worth buying and will last a while. So far I've gotten Borderlands, NFS and Saints Row IV. Any other games you'd recommend I buy while the sale is on?

Pish posh. PES is much better.
Pes had to copy a whole game mode from Fifa, and make their only crappy version of it. Not to say that PES isn't good, because it is, but they need to buy way more licences.
Licenses don't make a good game though. I don't use the micro transaction heavy modes in either game but if you were interested only in that stuff then its absolutely free to download and play the PES 2016 version.
Witcher 3, Destiny Legendary Edition, GTA V and Tomb Raider.
Do yourself a favour and watch a video review to make sure it's your cup of tea before you take any advice here. I personally like watching GameTrailers reviews to get a feel for what the game will be like. MetaCritic is also a good resource to get average review scores for games from different publications.
