Just wondering whether there is anyone who is experiencing the same problem as I am. Cashrewards is taking FOREVER to process 'My Rewards' to 'Get Paid'. It's been more than 3 months (since 3 September 2015) and Groupon/Cashrewards still hasn't confirmed my transaction. I've already used that Groupon voucher, so just wondering why it's taking so long for them to process it!!
If anyone knows, or if there is a Cashrewards rep present, please let me know why. Thanks!
im getting this problem too but it does work after awhile..I think
They can be terrible. I currently have ten pending transactions with the earliest going back to 12 August 2015. I have also had legitimate claims cancelled with no explanation before. The last time I emailed them I did get a fairly quick response and they resolves the issues so it is worth contacting them.
theres almost as many cashrewards complaints threads these days as there are dick smith ones. maybe they should be banned from OzB?

For those who are unlucky CR members who have Ebay or other transactions not been able to track or not pay up. I encourage you can try Pricepal or Rewardscentral as first choice then CR. Pricepal offer better rate anyway e.g Groupon - founder, Livingsocial
I experience great with Rewardscentral (lower reward but track guarantee with their method), and Pricepal is not too bad either.
I have my CR smaller transactions all tracked but transactions (usually larger value - don't track) and have transaction purchase at over $1500 also in pending since 31July15. To me and family, CR is not great as most members or promoter, store rep here claim they are.
After some research,I find Rewardscentral's rebate rate is way too low,not much better than Flybuys eShops.However,it has some unique stores like Harvey Norman,not appear in any other reward programs.
Mine are mostly paid within the advertised time frame. I am currently all paid up until 21 Oct.
I'm up to date until 20 Oct, and it was for the Crown gift card / Scoopon deal.
I gave up on them, and still have $3.56 in my account which I will not be able to cashout because of their minimum rule..
I have 3 transactions that have been cancelled on me. For a total of $2144. So yes I am pissed off.
Got a transaction that is going on close to 60 days still pending, pretty pathetic.
95 days now since Eatnow (Advertised 90 Days for Confirmation) transaction completed and still pending… :(
cr seems to log ebay transactions better than aliexpress. 2-3 days wait for ebay, while aliexpress is hit and miss or not working at all.
Anyone know the usual wait time for woolworths transactions to be processed?
Wow.. suddenly my EatNow an Delivery Hero transactions up to the 22nd December have been approved.

Noticed CR now added an Estimated Date for Approval, what happens if it's an old transaction with no date and a dash?
Does this mean CR refuse to pay this transaction?
They have probably missed your transaction.
Which browser did you use?
I always use Internet Explorer and enable cookies and whatever else the cashrewards FAQ says.
