    The t & Cs say that there must a be an outstanding credit on it , however i dont see how they would be able to verify the Value on it

    Yes but post will only cost a dollar , for someone who has say 5 dollars left on the card plus 1 dollar postage , you`ll get $ 25 in Kogan gift voucher

    Maybe Kogan thinks if they can accumulate a heap of DSE cards then they can become a big creditor with more chance of getting some money when it gets distributed to the creditors?
