iTunes - Credit Card Declined When Trying To Top Up

Just topped up $30 and normally use my credit card which is linked, I tried to spend my $30 and said my card had a billing problem with my previous purchase, ok fine. I change cards and entered my details again, all my cards have money, but shows declined"
I heard Apple has had problem for a few days is this true?

  • Ask your bank, if they are blocking any iTunes transactions, which could be the reason why your payment is declining, before contacting Apple.

  • what was the billing problem with your previous purchase.
    they may have blocked your access because of it.
    did you charge back a payment/dispute a payment ?
