The OLD Woolworths prepaid plan

Hi All,

Is there anyone else still on the $26 recharge for 5GB and $250 worth of calls and another $250 for optus to optus calls?

I noticed I recharged my phone recently and it rolled over the data!

I actually waited for my credit to expire and recharged at 1am the next morning - But I had 6.16GB after!!!

I tried searching but i haven't read anything about it. Anyone else experience this? I also got an SMS saying nothing will be rolled over the day before it expired.

Unless the new data allowance is 6.16GB?!

Cheers

Yes, now with Optus and they are still doing that deal if you kept the WW SIM.

Data seems to rollover, but call credits reset on recharge is my experience. Wife hardly uses any data and has 17Gb in the bank!

    • wow! that's a lot haha - they haven't mentioned it anywhere though.

Do you recharge before it expires though? As mentioned, I recharged after, but that could have been because optus still hadn't reset the clock or maybe because it wasn't 12am for other parts of Australia.

    • That's interesting.

I thought the maximum data rollover was only 10GB before. My data allowance has never gone over 10GB. Will try to look at it next time when recharged.

      • Been a while since I looked, she may have been cutoff now.

      • So do you recharge it before it expires to get the rollover?

        • At least I did. Once it expires, everything is gone before.

  • I just checked and not for me :( , says the data will expire on 4/2/16
I'll take a look on the next recharge.

….while I'm here….anyone got credit me 2 u to work or had any luck billing your account at Google?

I thought this was for Postpaid only?

  • Prepaid Woolworths $26 for 6 weeks use on the Optus 3G network, 5Gig data rolls over when recharged the night of expiry..12.7G available at the moment. Wife uses the $30 credit for 1900 competitions and calls to England. I bought her a Microsoft Lumia 640 (Dicks' Boxing day sale $99 delivered) and the Lumia 3G speed is twice as fast as the old S4..guess she may soon use all that data. She loves the phone.

  • My wife is on this plan with auto recharge and yes it seems to keep bundling, she has like 20gb or more now.
Probably will never use it as it's still on the slow 3G network

  • I am still on this plan suit me as most of my calls are voip on that handset

  • The rollover was quite a nice feature to have, which this does until 20 something gigabyte IME.
But there are larger lte plans in market for a while now since i changed.

With the new freedom+ inc night data 2x $15 sims will yield 5G+ $60 GPlay purchases, temporary free WiFi. POPI w' $2 SIM may be a way to use that.
Lesser ntwk vf have a 365 days plan good for VoLte users 16.5G off $29pm
