    I have the 1600w version (I think) of this . they are good but the hose is only 3 metres so its a hassle to carry around while cleaning your car.

    It has one year warranty and a further 4 years if you register your device. I did but never got confirmation. You reminded me that I need to call the company.

      me too.it took them three months to registered. contact masters and ask them to get it sorted.

        3 months just to register doesn't bode well if it actually fails; how long do you think it will take them to repair/replace ?

        Actually as it is 5 years warranties, my previous broken on year 3 and bring it back for refund.

        OK if Masters is doing the legwork/replacement I guess.

        Although I suspect in another 3-4 years Masters will be the new Dick Smith; Woolies will sell them as a loss maker (sorry "non-core business"), some dodgy private capital firm buys it, cooks the books and floats it, unload all the shares to mum & dad investors, then the whole thing turns belly up a couple of years after when the chickens come home to roost.

        It is hard to tell, as masters is a partnership, even when they sell like dick smith still have couple year of life.

  I'm dubious it doesn't say anywhere on Master site
