Hi all,
I am a first home buyer and is on the process of finding the right mortgage agent.
matesratesmortgages is something which I got from a ozbargain deal a while ago.
I would like to know if anyone has used them and how good are they.
I am bit worried because this is my first home loan and there is a construction loan also included.
I want to make sure the part payment to the builder during constuction goes on smoothly.
Any advice is appreciated
