These medium Colgate toothbrushes are my favorite and this is an awesome deal but unfortunately DDS doesn't have stores in SA. :x
One really should be using soft or extra-soft bristled toothbrushes, anything harder than that is liable to damage your gums and subsequently the roots of your teeth. This can result in recession and wearing grooves into the roots of your teeth.
If you aren't doing a 'good clean' with a soft toothbrush and claim you need a medium or hard one to get all the plaque off your teeth, it means you're not brushing correctly and or for long enough.
Lastly, the head on this thing is much too large to effectively clean the cheek side of your upper molars or the tongue side of your lower molars.
There's a reason I thoroughly recommend electric toothbrushes to my patients, as well as the refills with smaller heads. And no, it's not because they end up buying it from me - I often send them to Woolies to buy one.
