Can I Refund Unused Travel 10 Paper Tickets and 2.5 Paper Family Ticket Anywhere Please in NSW?

I just released that mum have got lot of paper ticket that I have purchased for her in the past.

She can not travel much since she is in wheel chair.

Is there any possibility of refund them?

You can use it yourself or sell it on gumtree? If you have receipt then you may be able to return the unused one

    Wont be sold but can still be used. Many have stocked up on these.
    
    If you have no luck in getting a refund, I am sure you would be able to sell at discount here or on eBay

I don't think you need receipts. TNSW can easily verify if a Travel 10 is unused. As they say it's like cash so whoever has it is regarded as the owner.
