  • how do you get this coupon??

  • I received mine via email. So may be targeted.

  • Got one as well in my email.

  • same here. got it about 30mins ago. It's a targeted offer.

    Conditions are as follows:

    • Valid until 27 January 2016
    • Max Discount $100
    • $75 minimum spend
    • 1 voucher per person
    • Selected tech categories only
    • T&Cs apply

Might use it to get myself a new phone!!

  • Got the email too, same conditions as Genes888

  • i got four codes.

  • Didnt get one as of now. I got one 2 weeks back but didnt need it, but that was a thank you voucher for 10% and max of 50. Now that i need one, I didnt get one :). Anyone know if this is transferrable.

    • The codes are linked to the user id.

  • I didn't get one. Probably payback for bitching on their fb page about the newyears fiasco.

  • How does anyone even get one? I've never got one. Do you sign up for promotions or anything like that?

  • Got one!

  • Got one. It was in promotions when I checked gmail

  • Got mine this afternoon. Perfect timing as I'm looking at picking up a new Zenfone!

  • Didnt get one maybe I should have bitched louder about them (profanity) people over with the 15%

  • I have not received this offer but would like to know when it might end so I can avoid buying/paying for eligible items shortly before receiving the offer and missing out on the discount. I contacted them but was told they could not request the offer for me, that it is issued randomly and they could not tell me whether/when they might cease doing that. Annoying marketing.

  • Wonder if it stacks with Bing Lee 20% off

    • I believe eBay checkout only allows entry of one promotion code.

Can the offer work on a different eBay account? If so, I'd be grateful to anyone willing to share a spare code that they are not going to use, please?

  • +1

I got the following response from eBay support and followed their suggestion to improve chances of being included in future offers.

… Vouchers aren't sent to all members. How we select members to receive vouchers changes, so if you didn't receive one, it usually means you aren't eligible this time. Furthermore, your communication preferences isn't set to receive general email promotions.

You can follow these steps to make sure you'll be considered for future vouchers:

Click My eBay at the top of the page. You may have to sign in.
    Click the Account tab.
In the My Account section, click the Communication Preferences link.
Scroll down to the Promotions and Surveys section, and then click the Show link.
Select the box for General email promotions, and then click the Save button. …

    • Thank you. :)

    • Thanks, mine was turned off.

I didn't receive the email offer either, however when I logged in and checking out some eligible items the offer popped up right below the price.

I believe this is how you can see if the offer is available to you:

    1. Log in to your eBay account

    2. go to (http://www.ebay.com.au/myb/Summary) - your eBay summary page. Alternatively from the top right link 'My eBay' drop down, select 'My eBay summary'.

    3. Scroll at the end of the page. You should see the voucher. (http://tinypic.com/r/dgmjwo/9)

    Hope this helps.

  • This is a good offer. Purchased a IP camera from a private seller and got the 10% discount. Nice to not deal with retailers who hike their prices when the discounts come out.
