Anyone have a screenshot of the Optus Click Frenzy deal last Nov?

Hey, I signed up for the click frenzy optus deal last nov here.
Didn't really check my bill until now and it seems they have been charging me $40 for the last three months.
Spent an hour on the phone with them this morning and they say they have no trace of this offer.
I know its a long shot but does anyone have a screenshot of the optus deal?
Is there some way that I can get a bigger copy of this

      Will send them this and see what they say.
      They said they will get back to me within 48 hours, which is code for I hope you forget this.

  • I am having massive problems with Optus from this deal. The 50% hasn't come up on any of my 3 bills yet. First 2 months they claimed next month it would start. Now the girl can't even find the deal in her system and is trying to make me verify it!! All I have is my order email which says click frenzy 50% off deal. $50 sim byo plan. Tried sendin it to her email but apparently they can't accept emails fro,mcustoemrs so I may have to go into a store to try and verify it. Not happy.

    Starting from first month - they did not credit back $20 in my account. And every month I have to call them and spend an hour to tell them it was 6 months thing - and they say it was 3 months thing & that 6 months was just for $60 and $70 plan. I have forwarded email confirmation from optus as well couple of times. But that happens every time, I have tried to escalate this but do not get call back. Any body found good way to deal with this?
    Shall we try Facebook?

    • This time they said that they will put the credit back for rest of the period. Hopefully they now stand by what they said.

  • (Not the same but simular)I had chase them up numerous times to sort out the tpg discount. In the end I had to use colourful choice of words to get my point across and it was sorted intsantantly (this was over the phone and with a local opperator the OS ones are as useful as a waterless bidet)
