    yep….I got one too…….nice bit of kit for the price…….fits easily in the pocket and easy to use. check the firmware, mine came with 1.05….since updated to 1.06 (get it from the kodak website)

        hdmi cable works fine for me…..

    Awsome deal in my mind

    First you get a HDMI Mini Cable which is very handy
    Also you get a USB Micro Cable also Handy
    2x AA Rechargable these are the Pre Charged ones so they are pretty good they dont drai npower as fats over time
    Plus the Battery Pack is also handy if you have other Kodak Devices

    Been very please with this so far bought it purely to tape it to the outside of my car and record lol

      2 Digital Zoom, no optical zoom. That's what's wrong.
      And it's like a brick, literally, fat and bulky.

      not sure why there would be so many re-furbs, unless people had higher expectations for them and returned them cos they didn't do what a $500 camera would do…..

        You could be onto something.

        YMMV, but most of the refurbs that I've seen (haven't seen this specific refurb camera) that oo.com.au have had in stock in the past have looked brand new.

        Have seen some refurb Sony Vaio laptops that looked like they've never been used.

        If the store has a shopfront, best bet is to visit them and check the product out first for scratches etc.

      I think because the charger you get for the ordinary included kodak rechargables does not fit aussie sockets without an adapter…..meaning, in theory, you might only be able to use them once, (they are pre-charged)……
