 - i'm sure its a good mixer… but over a thousand bucks for a mixer?
 - Let's not forget that on top of the mixer, this package also includes these attachments which retail for around $150-200 each:
 ThermoResist Glass Blender
 Food Processor
 Food Mincer
 Compact Chopper/Grinder
Citrus Juicer- I'd be keen if I didn't already have the KMM770. - What's difference between premier and major? - major is in the army, premier is a politician? - Sorry - couldn't help myself ;-) - We have the Premier and it's great. Not sure I can see why I'd spend twice as much for this…..
 - Ah - just worked it out - 4.6l bowl versus 6.7l bowl, and 1000w motor versus 1500w. So if you make Costco size cakes, then probably worth it!

 - Very happy with my KM080 I'm sure these are just as good quality too and well worth the price IMO - just out of curiosity, what do you use it mainly for? need to make a lot of cakes to get the money back. - The KM080 is the cooking chef so the induction cooking is used a lot, it's great to have it go about stirring away while cooking etc and we use the food processor attachments a lot. - We probably use it twice a week for meals and maybe another 1-2 times a week the wife uses it for mixing things for baking. - RRP on the KM080 is $1849 street price lately is just under $1500 we managed to score it in the David jones half yearly sale so saved quite a bit grabbing it for $500. Not sure I would pay $1800 for it but after having it I'd of justified around $1000….glad I didn't have to lol

 - We have Kenwood KMM023, I couldn't be happier about its performance. Best of all thanks to Ozbargain I got it for only $500 mid last year at David Jones.
 - Bought a refurbished Kenwood Chef 25 years ago and it's still going strong!
 - My mum has hers for well over 30 years
I'm hoping I'll inherit it soon.- That ones a beast and still going strong.

Best mixer IMO but way overpriced…
