I was hoping for someone to point me in the right direction as to where I can get hold of an Entertainment Book at a cheap price? Having said that, I've got no clue whether or not they have the same price across all places that I can purchase it from but if not - where would be the cheapest place?
And a second question (excuse my ignorance), are the vouchers in the book for one use only?

I think they are all $65 but maybe there ways to get it cheaper. I know if you own an Entertainment Book you can purchase an interstate version for $50 or $45 depending on the city (plus $6 postage).
And yes the vouchers are one use only.
Keep in mind that the current edition (2009/1010) is expiring 1 June 2010 so given that there's only a bit more than two months left I don't know whether you can still buy it. The new edition should be coming out soon.
