Anyone have any deals for Logitech g910 Orion spark?

Like the title says, I'm looking for that specific keyboard at 120 to 150-ish. All I've seen is about 220-260 for this keyboard.

    • Thank you!

  • Been using this keyboard since its release and it is hands down the best keyboard I have ever used. I love the Romer-G keyswitches compared to the annoying Cherry MX keys and it has great functionality. The build quality is excellent and its heavy.
Keys take some time to get use to, but typing on this is not a problem except for the irritatingly thin space bar. If you have small hands, you probably won't care about the size of the space bar.

    • The Romer-G switches feel like MX Browns with O-Rings installed. A lot of people describe it as "mushy but not as mushy as rubber domes". But your feels are personal preference.

My biggest gripe with these type of boards is the non-standard bottom row and especially in this case the switches aren't MX compatible which gives you next to zero chance to get custom/aftermarket caps. At least the G910 uses POM caps instead of ABS but once you use PBT you won't want to go back.

      • i've been juggling between k70, or the k95 and razer blackwidow with this. Any thoughts?

        • The Corsair K series boards are high quality and use cherry MX switches, the RGB looks great on them & I really like the brushed metal look. The LED's on the Corsair boards do appear to fail prematurely: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=121181

Razer use cheap knockoff cherry switches made by Kailh. Unfortunately they don't forward those savings onto the consumer. The Kailh switches are decent quality but the fact Razer don't pass on those savings leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Both boards do not use a standard bottom row.

Personally, I'd recommend to dodge "gaming" mechs and get something "no frills". I personally have a Ducky Shine 3 for work and a Shine 4 at home. A mate picked up a Shine 5 a couple of months back and it looks fantastic with the RGB lighting. I'd have a Shine 5 if I could justify it :P

Das, Vortex, Filco, Deck & KB paradise are all quality brands.

  • I'm looking as well. I just missed out on it for $115, 3 months ago(with chance of free game). It hasn't been close to that price since then. =(

  • Wondering when's the next $115 round - HN's got them on "clearance" (no clearance price 'though - $188).
