    Haven't received the cans I ordered from last deal.. that was 12 days ago, they emailed me saying the warehouse is overwhelmed

      Mine was delivered yesterday. Courier dumped at closed front door. Didn't even knock. Guess that is the only FastWay.

      I received email and thought they were going to cancel on me, but delivered yesterday. I had just pulled up in my car and the friendly FastWay courier handed me my 40kg package to carry in. And no, you would not mistake me for a gym junkie…

      Make sure to call their number during business hours and tell the person you're calling about an online order. My order "failed" but I was still charged via PayPal. After my 2nd nag they finally sent it out with tracking.

    They haven't fulfil the previous 20% off, and received an email saying they couldn't cope with the backlog. 2 from 2 orders and opted for the refund. After 3 calls. Opt my pet supply somewhere else.

    i received no reply to any emails from them re: last fortnights stuff-up so I decided to open a paypal dispute. Within an hour or so i had a reply to my first email from 10 days earlier offering a refund or, if I'd prefer, I could pop into the closest petbarn and pick my order up. I was stuck at work so I took the refund. It's unlikely that I'll be using petbarn ever again.

    Started an order ealier and the code gave freeshipping. My cart expired, started again and no longer free shipping.
