FREE 3 Class Trial - Group Training @ SPT Fitness (Northern Beaches, Sydney, NSW)

Long time lurker, first time poster… so I apologise in advance for any mistakes in this post =/

SPT Fitness is offering a free, three-class trial with no strings attached. Basically it's outdoor group training sessions doing HIIT circuits, boxing, etc; fun, effective and motivational.

FULL DISCLOSURE: this is my brother's company. I also happen to think it's an awesome bargain, as he knows his stuff (Exercise and Sports Science degree from USYD + 6 years experience) and I've heard a lot of positive things.
