Cashrewards for New Credit Card Signup

I notice that sites like pointhacks.com.au point out that they get a payment for referrals on their credit card deals. Do any of the sites that do referral cashbacks (e.g. cashrewards, which I've used, but don't seem to do the banks in AU) do cash back for these?
