This retail outlet appears to have received a lot of bad press regarding customer service. Regarding my own experience in dealing with them, I am reasonably satisfied, and would buy from them again.
I ordered a riflescope that was some $90 cheaper than anywhere else online. for some 5 days the order was showing as 'processing', I phoned, and was told the item would be dispatched within 48 hrs (it obviously had not been in stock). I'm happy to say it was dispatched within that time frame, and I received it 4 days after my phonecall.
