I'm setting up as for above & wondered if there were any OzB'ers who've alreaady successfully done this who could provide a walkthrough/gotcha's list?
Going over a whole lot of info has me a tad confused…The router is TP-Link. It's currently only connected to UnblockUS & I have a Roku 3 in-transit.
Hope to hear back from anyone who has direct knowledge on how to get it all up & running,

I'm new to all of this. I'm fine with the DNS change, but when I checked the Roku 3 site, it had this very long & elaborate (it seemed) set up info for the UK.
So, do you have to choose an address for each region you'll be watching on Roku? Or, only the one-time set-up? I'm thinking each different region, somehow…
Sorry if that sounds dumb, but I'm dumb about this & I don't want to screw it up.

But I'd like to be able to watch BBC tv channels.
I mainly just stream netflix through laptop and phone to chromecast on tv and use getflix for US/UK Netflix.
But would like to know if it's possible to get UK TV Channels.??

Try writing directly to them & with your specs & see. It seems to change frequently.
I did have a Roku 3 and I use UnblockUS. I'm pretty sure I just changed the DNS settings in my router to the settings provided by UnblockUS and set up the Roku according to the instructions that came with it. I recall creating a US address during the Roku set up process. Just choose a random hotel or apartment complex.
