Porcelain/ ceramic floor tiles Perth, and also any feedback on polished tiles?

I'm looking for cheap beige (neutral colour) porcelain or ceramic floor tiles in WA.
I will most likely jump on the current Masters limestone white tile for sale at $14.50 per sqm
Has anyone seen a cheaper price than this?

I also saw polished porcelain tiles. Can anyone provide feedback on it?
It looks nice and shiny, but from what I've read they are annoying to keep clean.

    Very annoying to maintain!
    The grout is a total other issue u need to consider.
