Update: Entries can be posted directly to the Pringles Australia's wall, as confirmed by the Pringles facebook page admin (ie. there's no specific entry page/app)
To enter
1. Purchase from any Coles Supermarket in a single transaction, any two 150 gram cans of Pringles (any flavour) (‘Eligible Product Purchase’) retain receipt; and then
2. Visit the Pringles Facebook page (www.facebook.com/pringlesdownunder), and following the instructions on how upload your ‘Pringles Summer Moment’ and proof of purchase to enter.
Open to Australian residents who are over the age of 18. One entry per Eligible Product Purchase, defined in full terms. Competition opens 12:01am AEDST on 4 February 2016 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 2 March 2016. Valid entries will be judged within a reasonable time once the competition closes. The total prize pool valued at up to $20,470.00 (incl. GST).

Sorry, as of this morning they haven't responded. I noticed someone else on their fb page asked as well, so hopefully they'll make the entry page available soon.
Ok, they sent me a message back, saying that:
