Has anyone had any experience with BYOJet?
Seems to have quite a few bad reviews online but many of these seem explicable within their narrows T & Cs (i.e., people wanting to change the name on the ticket, change the date etc.).
They're offering a price 10-20% below directly through the airline so would be a big saving but not sure if worth the risk.

I recently could have saved about $50 on a NZ flight by booking through them. I looked at the reviews* and decided the risk and possible inconvenience if it didn't work out weren't worth it and booked direct. I'd be interested to know more about them in future though.
*Edit: Many of the reviews suggested that people had had their flights cancelled because, for some reason or another, the flights were not actually available.
I can never understand how some people don't check their bookings when they paid through their travel agent to make sure that the ticket has actually gone through. Its not hard to log into airlines website and check their eticket number and flight details.
They do seem to be cheaper but yep their website looks dodge and I've heard of terrible reviews

yeah, that's the problem I was most afraid of!!

But then they just sent through an email pretty much next day stating that the flight class was unfortunately no longer available at time of booking and they refunded the money straight back to my credit card.
Guess it was just bad luck that time because I have booked through them before without any issue.
Maybe it's just that their pricing system gets updated slower.

Has anyone ever stacked a coupon for use with cashrewards and gotten paid? Since on the site it says
"Rewards may not be paid if a coupon code is used that is not listed on this site."
Booked a flight to Europe through them and had no problem. Flew in June had an excellent flight and holiday. They also have cashback with cashrewards. I didn't change anything though.
