Pest Control Guy Didn't Answer The Call, What Can I Do?

So 2 months ago I did a pest control in the unit I am currently staying with Best pest specialist. It says it comes with 6 months warranty.

Now that I can still see a lot of cockroaches in the unit so I thought of calling the guy to service for the second time. However, I have been calling the guy since last week for a few times and the guy never pick up the call and never return any call (when want to hire them to do pest control, the call is picked up in 1-2 times). And I just found out that their website seems to be unavailable anymore. Not sure what happen to this company but is there anything I can do to in this case?

    I am in the same boat as they did pest spray for us 3 months. I was gonna ring them tomorrow to get second spray

    If they don't respond, I guess I could do charge back as I paid via credit card.

    Pest control doesn't work if the food source is still around. New pests move in after the old pests are dead. So, have you had any food source for the pests, like crumbs, food scraps, sugar, even hair on the floor they will eat!

    looks like they went bust, so unlikely to get anything else from them now.

    Looks like they don't exist any more. Their website was still live on Sunday but isn't any more.

    I sent them a email from my spare account. I'll post back if I get a reply.
