Help Cheap Samsung Galaxy S6 128GB

Hey guys,

I've been looking for about 3 weeks now for a new phone where I tried to buy a phone twice from TDimension where in both cases it turned out that the phones were out of stock. Seriously do not recommend using them their communication is slow and they still wouldnt respond to my emails for the refund.
I'm on a budget ($800) preferably looking at 128GB Samsung S6 and since the S7 has been announced I'm guessing the S6 prices should drop dramatically in the next few days/weeks. So I was hoping whether you guys can help me find an S6 around that price. I've been using Staticice to help me.

  • damn you wont get that for that price sorry.

I've seen mobileciti selling them at $900, so if eBay does another 10% off or TA manages to get another code from them, I'd assume they'd pop up at the price you are looking for. Though given that last one was just a week and a bit ago (Valentine's day 10% Off from eBay), not sure when it'd pop up.

Also have the search alert on for Galaxy S6 on Ozbargain?

    • BTW $900 is the current price. They were around $770 during the deal.

      • I bought the phone when the Valentine's Day sale occurred but that ended up not working cause it was out of stock.

I've seen S6 models G920F going for a lot cheaper than G920I, I know that the Australian only is G920I but do you know anyone with the G920F which is still compatible in Australia?

        • I don't recall seeing 128GB model of G920F on Ozbargain at least though (that said, I personally dislike going for grey imports, so I don't really look out for them). So someone else might be able to answer that question?

How about buy the cheapest S7 when it is available and put 128GB microSD card on it? Might blow your budget a bit but would hopefully postpone your next phone purchase :)

Also, you might get a good (?) deal from Optus etc if you go on a 24 month plan. At least you wouldn't need to fork all that money up front.

  • Does it have to be new, or can it be slightly new and in excellent condition? If used and excellent condition is acceptable, what price are you looking for?

    Also, what color?

    • Preferably new, will accept excellent condition. Happy with any colour except Blue Sapphire.

  • I do not recommend buying with T-dimension. I bought a Samsung S7 from them recently and upon receiving the item, it was already unsealed. I then proceeded to experience problems with the phone and sent it back to them as it was under warranty. It's now been over 3 months since they've received the phone and are ignoring/not replying to my emails and holding my phone hostage.

I know my complaint isn't related to your question, but I wanted to warn future consumers that T-dimension is a scam!
