    I ordered some pizza an hour ago. It still hadn't arrived, so I rang the phone number that was in the Delivery Hero sms. It turned out to be the owner's(?) mobile phone…how weird.

      Yeah, that sometimes happens. It wholly depends on what number is provided to Delivery Hero by the restaurant's people at the time of registration.

    Tried to order from an Asian restaurant. Paid with PayPal, and got a call 5 mins later saying the store is closed and I'll get a refund in 3 days. Decided to ring the restaurant, as they said it was open 7 days and surprise - it was open. Hung up, and jumped back on Delivery Hero and now the website is down. Odd.

    Just order via mobile. Paid by PayPal and an error occurred in German or something. No order but got a PayPal receipt.
