Our usual (when i say usual, the person we have used once before) conveyancer is on mat leave. She operates as more of a work from home business hence her rates are cheaper, I extremely happy with her process and the price was only $750 for buying. This is her website in case others in the future wish to use
Anyone know of a Sydney conveyancer around the same price (sub 1k) - this is for a bog standard contract - no amendments required.

I prefer solicitors over conveyancers.
I've used one solicitor located in city for buying and selling few times already, her company charges sub $1k and that's the reason they are very busy. Perhaps not the best customer service but also not bad and they never let us down. And the price is right ;)
