There are three (3) components to the Promotion:
Instant win component;
Minor prizes component; and
Second chance prize(s) component.
Instant Win Component
To enter the instant win component of the Promotion, during the Promotion Period an entrant must:
Purchase any of the following Pepsi soft drink products in an EMOJI promotion pack from a Woolworths store or at Woolworths Online:
10 can pack;
24 can pack; or
30 can pack,
(Qualifying Purchase).
Not all products are available at all stores.
One (1) golden can (each a Can) will be randomly placed in the following EMOJI promotion packs:
3 x 24 can packs;
1 x 10 can pack;
1 x 30 can pack.
Minor Prize Component
There are two (2) ways for an entrant to enter the minor prize component of the Promotion:
If an entrant’s Qualifying Purchase does not contain a Winning Can, then the entrant will not be a provisional instant winner of a Major Prize. However, the entrant may enter the minor prize draw (Minor Prize Draw) by visiting the Website, following the prompts to the Promotion entry page, inputting the requested details (including but not limited to full name, telephone number, a valid email address, a valid address (no PO boxes), product barcode and purchase receipt/invoice details), and submitting the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Promotion Period.
Alternatively, an entrant may purchase any ONE (1) Pepsi soft drink product variety (eg. 600ml or 1.25L bottle) from a Woolworths store or at Woolworths Online during the Promotion Period, then visit the Website and follow the directions outlined in paragraph 3 above to enter the Minor Prize Draw.
All entries will be categorised by the date and hour in which they are received. Each hour from 9:00am – 5:00pm (inc) each day of the Promotion Period, an hourly draw (Hourly Draw) will be conducted. All entries received up until the time of an Hourly Draw will go into that Hourly Draw. (Entries are only eligible to win a minor prize in the Hourly Draw in which they are entered.) The first valid entry randomly drawn in an Hourly Draw will win a minor prize.
For example, entries received between 9:00am – 9:59am on 12/3/16 will go into the 10:00am draw on that date.
Entries received between 5:01pm and 8:59am will go into the 9:00am draw.
There are nine (9) Hourly Draws each day of the Promotion Period. In total, there are 450 Hourly Draws with a total of 450 minor prizes to be won
Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is a pair of Urbanears Plattan ADV headphones (colour: red) valued at AU$99.95 (inc GST).

If you only want the headphones, the 600ml or 1.25L bottle. You also go into the second chance draw for the $10,000.
For the 'golden can' instant win $10,000 part, you need to purchase one of the can packs, which will give you the chance of finding the "golden can", and one entry into the minor prize draw (and second chance draw).

Would make a great present, gave my son a pair. No Pepsi logos on the headphones at all, only one small tag - Urbanears, also comes with a sticker, but have not put that on. They look really neat, red in colour - they call the colour 'Tomato'. Don't remember seeing any Pepsi logos on the box either.
Yep agree with howsthat, I've received a few pairs all tomato red colour. No Pepsi logo anywhere except on the congratulations letter.
